There have been many changes since Moo’s passing. And I am in the midst of moving to a new environment.

Creating Objectives site is going through a change, for the better I would think. Hence the posts I had put up had been moved here because the new site will be a change from the current style.

While everything is in a mess for now, I hope have it all sort out soon. Until then.

I don’t look at food the same way as I did.

And there is a list of things I want to do, and I am adding lines to it.

I still miss Moo, a lot. But I have stop crying.

C wrote a beautiful story to comfort me. Just when I thought I am getting over Moo, this made me blubber (again) before writing this. I would love to share this, especially more so with those who had lost their pets. Christy, here’s to you too. I am sure Bosco is scampering around with Moo right now.

There is a side of heaven that is called Rainbow Bridge. So, I want to tell my special friend that this place is beautiful with meadows and hills for all of you to run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine to keep you warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigour. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one thing, they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. He has spotted me ! That’s when my best friend forever and I finally meet, we will cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

We will hug, kiss and scuffle as how we used to show our affection, although so long gone from my life but never absent from my heart. Then we will cross the Rainbow Bridge together.

It started to drizzle when we got there. I took a seat at one of the few marble top tables. We were too stuffed to have any more bites. C ordered an ice black coffee (thumbs up!), and me, a good old cup of kopi (coffee with milk). Before I warmed my butt on the seat, the old fellow next table was starting a conversation with me. They were watching a local singing programme on the television perch on the shelf. He was making some comments about that equally old singer. It was funny how people warm up to each other.

I sat there soaking in that old nostalgic feeling. It reminded me of childhood. As I looked around, I saw an Indian man behind me talking on his mobile phone. In front of him was a plate of toast and a cup of coffee. As he was busy yakking away, I gestured to him that I wanted to take photos of his toast. He gave me the go ahead, so I went next to him and happily snapped away. After that, I went back to my table and continued reminiscing about my childhood memories. C was totally amused by my actions, and I don’t see anything wrong with that. (?!??)

The beauty of places like these, is there is no pretentious factor. What you see is what you get. People don’t try to be chi-chi, they are just there for that good old cup of coffee. You can turn up in your most spartan attire and no one will judge you by what you wear. If you are friendly and nice, conversation with next table is really as easy as ABC.

I ordered the house burger (I forgot the actual name) and my buddy ordered a wagu beef burger. Somehow, our orders were mixed up. I was already having my salad entrée, as he came late then placed his order. The burgers were served without mentioning their names. Y was already happily chomping into my burger when I realised that the one I am eating was not what I wanted. I cut both into half and made the switched back, insisting on having at least half of what I originally wanted!

The wagu beef burger came with two patties. Wagu beef sounds really enticing, and this was the first time I tried a wagu beef burger. Conclusion: dry and tasteless. In fact, the normal burger that I am having was juicier. If C was there, I am sure she would say our burgers are the best! The saving grace for this was that giant pickle it was served with. I love sour pickles!

Since my last post, so much had happened. From Japan to Myanmar, and to everywhere else too. I decided to take some time off from blogging for some “Me Time”. Also the fact that I am trying to figure out how the hell the gallery feature works on my server! And let’s just say, I have yet to figure that out. My webmaster (C) has been very busy lately, and I don’t want to trouble her. Hence there will be no photos coming up until I get that figured out.

In the mean time, life has been good. Each time I look around me, I feel very blessed to have what I have. And since I just added a year to my age, I shall share some dark little secrets with you!

1. My favorite ice cream is (currently) Milo Peng.
2. I take two baths a day, or more when the humidity is killing me!
3. I love chewing Popsicle.
4. I love to terrorise rowdy brats and make them cry. *evil laughter*

6. I like animated films, selectively.
